Recreate SCENIC tutorial results
SCENIC: Single Cell rEgulatory Network Inference and Clustering
Build the gene regulatory network by: Identifying potential targets for each Transcription factor based on the co-expression. Then select potential regulons (direct-binding targets) based on the DNA-motif analysis (done using RcisTarget)
Analyze the network activity in each individual cell (AUCell)
Identify stable states based on their gene regulatory network activity.
Recreate the results generated by following and implementing the running SCENIC vignette.

Convolutional Neural Network for Image Upscaling
Set-up Light Field system in lab using microlens array and relay lens pair.
Light Field Microscopy is a 3D imaging technique that results in an image with low spatial resolution.
Research various CNN architectures and select one for image up-scaling.
Contributed towards the development flexible soft robotic gloves that will aid in rehabilitating stroke patients.
Designed parts of soft robotic glove for both adult and children sized hands using SolidWorks.
Designed mold cavity using SolidWorks and fabricate digits from molds using different materials.
The developed digits help match anatomical motion within small joint sizes with the degree of control necessary for hand rehabilitation.
Identified new ways to improvise the fabrication of digits such that they are light, affordable, and usable.
Conducted testing of digits using air pressure and water to identify holes that lead to air leaks.
Developed parts of the exoskeleton that was built using soft-robotic technology for higher degree of human compliance and improved safety.
Developed mold cavities and 3D printed parts for the development of the wrist and elbow actuators.
Identified ways to connect the separate elbow actuators such that they could be used together in unison.
Experimented with the development of the wrist and elbow actuators using various different materials.
Conducted air leakage test using air pressure and water.
The interconnected architecture allows one cell to undergo impact while the other cell aids in absorbing impact energy resulting in a reduced force and acceleration transfer.
Helped in the fabrication and testing of different designs of various individual liners.
Conducted drop testing on individual liners and recorded displacement and acceleration data.
